Thanksgiving Tournament 2024
Game and Referee Schedule
Updated Nov 28, 2024, 9:40am
The Tournament Schedule is now up in InLeague. This is organized by coach name, so you may find it easier to read than the PDF files provided below.
Click on “Game Schedule” on the left, and then select “Region 13 Thanksgiving Tournament” under “Competition”.
The three documents linked below contain the current Tournament Game and Referee Schedules. You will need to look at all three files to understand where and when you need to be. Note that we are loading this into the Tournament Portal, so there will be a more interactive form of the schedule soon. But we wanted to get it out as quickly as possible, albeit in a rougher form.
We have done our best to schedule teams so that coaches can be where they need to be, and so that people are able to volunteer as desired. We probably didn’t do perfectly, but we tried.
Also, please note that the schedule is only specific for pool play, generally on Friday and Saturday morning. Mid-day Saturday for 10U, 12U, and G14U, we will place all teams in new brackets for placement rounds Saturday afternoon and Sunday. B14U has a slightly different format due to the size of the division: its pool games on Friday and Saturday are set; Saturday night we will place the B14 teams for the final games on Sunday. Bracketing of teams will follow the point structure outlined in the Tournament Rules.
First, find your division and team number in the following list of teams:
Tournament Teams (v5; Mon eve)
Then you can look at this game schedule to figure out where and when your team will play:

The codes for the playing field labels are as follows:
V0, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5 | Victory Park, 2575 Paloma St., Pasadena |
A0, A6, A7, A8 | Almansor Park, 800 S. Almansor St., Alhambra |
M9 | Marshall High School, 990 N. Allen, Pasadena |
Finally, for referee assignments, see the following table:

Please e-mail the Tournament Director at td@ayso13.org if you have any serious concerns. We are unlikely to make any major changes to this schedule. If your referees do not appear in the Referee Schedule, then most likely they will be used as standbys in case of referee no-shows.
