The following are Tournament Documents supporting the 2024 Thanksgiving Tournament. Note that registration is being handled on-line this year, so many of these documents are not necessary.

Online Tournament Registration

NOTE: You will need your AYSO ID in order to register a team for the tournament!

The most important documents are:

• Tournament Invitation
• Tournament Rules
• Referee Plan

You should READ THOSE!

The following documents are probably not necessary, since the online registration system makes these unnecessary:

• Team Application Form
• Team Roster Form
• Referee Information Form

In certain cases, however, the paperwork below should be submitted:

• Guest Player Form – Required if bringing players from outside the team’s official Region.
• Youth Referee Letter – Required if your referee team includes a Youth (PRO) Referee.
