To take this course; you must already be certified as a U8 Official in EAYSO. If you sign up for this course, and completion of U8 Official training cannot be confirmed through EAYSO, you will be dropped from this course roster. Please know you will not be notified of being removed from roster as it is your responsibility to provide course completion documentation through EAYSO. Possession of U8 Official badge (patch) is not sufficient. This course is specifically designed for those referees currently holding a U8 Official badge who wish to upgrade to Regional Referee and who will be officiating matches at the U10 level or higher. Course material covers more advanced refereeing fundamentals than those covered in the U6/U8 Official Course and is offered as the second segment of the more comprehensive Regional Referee Course and does not include Safe Haven for Referees as this requirement was fulfilled during U8 Official training. CLICK ON BLUE “AYSO volunteers” BUTTON. 3. Look for “Sign up for a course”, Click on this button If you cannot click on this button, it is because you are not current on your volunteer registration form. To register, click on “Sign up as a NEW Volunteer to help in your region” or “Sign up as a new Youth Volunteer (ages 12-18)”or “Returning volunteer(s): ALL Volunteers need to re-register each year”. EAYSO will not allow registration for a course until this has been completed. Once you have completed your on-line volunteer registration and have printed your volunteer form (please bring it with you to the training course) you will be allowed to register for the course in EAYSO. 4. Enter roster number 200900665, then, click on “search” 5. To the left of course number 200900665, click on radio button, then, click on course signup. 6. To the left of your name, click on check box and then click on “add attendee to program roster”.
