AYSO Region 13 is currently accepting late enrollments for MY2017 on a rolling space-available basis. Fall registration fees are $195 per player for those who are admitted.
Soccer players born in 2013 and 2014 are welcome to enroll anytime. The program for these players is very dynamic and flexible, and parent involvement is key to the fun.
For older kids (born before 2013), our programs are structured into teams, each with their own coach, and each with weekly practices and scheduled games. For these programs, we are currently accepting prospective players onto a wait list. (There is no charge to be added to the wait list, and additions to teams will be on a space-available basis.) Children of parents who volunteer to be trained as a coach or referee will have priority for activation from the wait list and placement onto a team.
To start your enrollment, you can register and pay using our online registration portal, Blue Sombrero. Follow this link for detailed instructions to register using Blue Sombrero: https://ayso13.org/announcing-fall-2017-registration-for-ayso-region-13-soccer/
Late registrants (after the first scheduled game of the season) will want to understand that our Refund Policy does not permit refunds this late in the season. There is no cost to joining a wait list — but if you join a program directly and pay the registration fee, this fee will be refundable.
If you ask to volunteer as a coach or referee, you will often have priority for coming off of the wait list, especially in those divisions which still need coaches and referees to form additional teams. To volunteer at this point, please get in touch with the Division Coach Administrator (the DCA) for your child’s division.
After registering a child on Blue Sombrero, you should send a copy of the player’s age verification documentation (such as a birth certificate) to our Registrar via email to <firstname.lastname@example.org>.
Teams will be formed in mid-August — and if you are assigned to a team, you will hear from the coach in the last week of August or in early September. If you have any questions, you should reach out to the DCA for your child’s division. You can find the list of all DCAs here.
