FAQ's / Why do I have a problem viewing the website?

The Region 13 website is an ambitious undertaking that relies on web standards to provide much of the layout and functionality. Some older browsers do not support these modern standards. In particular, if you are still using Internet Explorer version 6 or earlier you will miss much of what this website has to offer. While the layout will be funny in these old browsers, we have tried to make sure that all of the text content is still readable. If you don’t see the text, please scroll to the bottom of the page and see if you see it there.

As part of the design criteria for the website, the design has been tested in as many different browsers and platforms as possible.

If you are still using an older browser, please consider upgrading to a newer version if possible. Your entire web browsing experience will improve.

If you continue to have problems viewing the website, please report you problem to theĀ webmaster. In your report, please include the specific page you are having problems with, the operating system you are using (e.g. Windows 7 Home, Mac OS 10.8, Red Hat Linux, etc.), the browser you are using including the version number and whether you have disabled javascript in your browser. We will look into it and report back to you.
